Innovate Corp. shares fall 1.59% after-hours following debt refinancing announcements.

Innovate Corp. dropped 1.59% in after-hours trading, with the company announcing a series of indebtedness refinancing transactions that will extend the Company’s debt maturities. The refinancing transactions include privately negotiated exchanges of certain of the Company’s convertible senior notes, an exchange offer and consent solicitation, and agreements in principle to extend and amend various notes.
