Infosys and Street Child: A Digital Revolution in Ukrainian Education

In the face of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, has joined forces with Street Child, an international children's charity, to address the pressing educational challenges faced by children in crisis-affected areas. The collaboration, launched in 2024, has resulted in the establishment of seven Digital Learning Centers (DLCs) and the implementation of a Digital Transformation program, leveraging Infosys Springboard, the company's flagship digital learning platform.

The establishment of DLCs has been a critical milestone in the partnership, with the initial target of creating five centers in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast exceeded by delivering seven within 12 months. These centers provide secure physical spaces equipped with laptops, high-speed internet, multimedia projectors, educational materials, security systems, and accessibility features, ensuring that students can continue their education despite the disruptions caused by the conflict. In just three months of operation, these centers have already served over 1,000 children, demonstrating their immediate impact on the affected population.

The Digital Transformation program, powered by Infosys Springboard, focuses on preserving Ukraine's cultural identity by offering courses in Ukrainian Language and Geography for Grades 5 and 6. For teachers, the program provides specialized training in areas such as Cybersecurity and Anti-Corruption, aligning seamlessly with Ukraine's national educational platform, All Ukrainian Online.
