Infosys Sets Up Advanced AI Centre in Karnataka's Hubballi

The centre, formally inaugurated by Karnataka Minister for Large & Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development M B Patil and Minister for Electronics, IT & Biotechnology Priyank Kharge, will focus on delivering advanced digital solutions across key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, engineering services, SAP, and space technology [1][2][3]. Infosys has also forged strong ties with local institutions like IIIT Dharwad and KLE Technological University to drive innovation and collaboration in the region. The company has issued about 600 placement offer letters to students of engineering colleges located in and around Dharwad district to quickly ramp up operations at its Hubballi centre [2].
