Huya Inc. Announces $50 Million Share Repurchase Program

HUYA Inc. has announced a new $50 million share repurchase program, effective March 18, 2026. The program allows the company to repurchase up to $50 million of its ADSs and/or ordinary shares over a 24-month period ending on March 18, 2028. The previous share repurchase program was terminated, and any unutilized quota was cancelled. Repurchases may be made through open market transactions, privately negotiated transactions, or other means. The company expects to fund repurchases from existing funds.
