Humber Valley Imaging, a chain of diagnostic clinics in Ontario, has sold a stake in the operation. Founded in 1986, the company performs 60% of scans conducted outside hospitals in Ontario. The sale reflects a shift in industry competition and financial challenges for small, private businesses in the public health care system. Humber Valley Imaging is led by the Niculae family, including Anca Niculae, who founded the business, and her daughters Simona and Lindsay.
