Humana Acquires MaxHealth, Expanding Primary Care Services in Florida

Humana's healthcare services unit, CenterWell, has acquired MaxHealth, a Florida-based primary care organization serving over 120,000 patients. MaxHealth operates 82 healthcare clinics in western and southern Florida. The acquisition will expand CenterWell's presence in the state and enhance its ability to provide primary care services to patients.
