Hudson Pacific Properties Sells Element LA Office Campus for $231M

Hudson Pacific Properties sold Element LA office campus for $150 million and received $81 million for terminating the existing lease. The company used the gross proceeds to repay $206 million of CMBS debt, with the remainder available for general corporate purposes. Hudson Pacific transformed and redeveloped the property as a creative office campus over a decade ago.
