Houlihan Lokey Boosts European Private-Equity Presence with UBS Hire

Houlihan Lokey has hired Sandro Galfetti, former head of UBS's European secondary advisory business, as a managing director in its Equity Capital Solutions Group. Galfetti will advise private-fund sponsors in EMEA on GP-led secondary deals, which have gained popularity due to growing liquidity needs of fund sponsors and investors. The move strengthens Houlihan Lokey's presence in the European private-equity market.
