Host Hotels & Resorts Announces $400 Million Senior Notes Offering

Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. has announced the pricing of $400 million of 4.250% Senior Notes due 2028 through its subsidiary, Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to redeem all of its outstanding $400 million aggregate principal amount of Series F senior notes due 2026. The offering is expected to close on November 26, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
