Horse Sport Ireland, a company worth over €1 billion annually to the Irish economy, has been told by its appointed examiner that it has a reasonable prospect of survival. The examiner, Joe Walsh, has engaged with the company, its directors, employees, creditors, and other stakeholders. Walsh believes Horse Sport Ireland is salvageable based on constructive engagement with the Department of Agriculture. The company's directors had applied for examinership due to their inability to meet debts.
