Honda Unveils $18,300 Electric Kei Car in Japan, Taking on Nissan and Boosting EV Demand

Honda has unveiled its first electric kei car, the N-ONE e:, for the Japanese market. Priced at ¥2.7 million ($18,300), it can travel 295 kilometers on a single charge. The company aims to promote EVs by starting with familiar models like kei cars, which account for a third of Japan's automobile market.
