Hologic Reports Q3 FY25 Financial Results with 1.2% Revenue Growth and 4.9% GAAP EPS Increase

Hologic reported Q3 fiscal 2025 revenue of $1.024 bln, up 1.2% YoY, and non-GAAP EPS of $1.08, up 1.9%. Breast Health revenue declined 5.1%, while Surgical revenue grew 7.1%. Diagnostics revenue increased 1.8%, driven by higher molecular diagnostics sales. The company also reported strong cash flow from operations of $343.2 mln and refinanced its term loan and revolving credit facility.
