Historic Croydon Home with Mid-Victorian Architecture Sells for $4.95 Million

Hao Quach, co-founder of Soul Origin, is selling his historic Croydon home, Gad's Hill Villa, for $4.95 million. The six-bedroom, three-bathroom house was built in the early 1860s and once belonged to Ashfield's second mayor, Daniel Holborow. The property offers space and charm, as well as a glimpse into the evolution of the inner west. Quach purchased the home in 2022 for $4.478 million.
