HHLR Fund, L.P. and its affiliates reduced their holdings in BeiGene, Inc. by approximately 21,997,300 shares, or 1.98%, to 9.02%

BeiGene (06160) announced that the Company was aware that HHLR Fund, L.P., Hillhouse BGN Holdings Limited and YHG Investment, L.P. (collectively "HHLR Fund, L.P. and its affiliates" or "the information subject person") reduced the Company's shares held by 21,997,317 shares through concentrated trading and large trading from June 8, 2023 to December 2, 2024, which did not trigger a tender offer.

After the change of equity, HHLR Fund, L.P. and its affiliates held 125,045,741 shares, accounting for 9.02% of the Company's issued shares, down from 147,035,258 shares, accounting for 10.61% of the Company's issued shares.
