Hertz Secures New Dublin Office Headquarters with Ryanair Partnership

Hertz has signed a 10-year lease for 1,797sq m of office space at Airside Green in Swords, Dublin. The car-rental giant is downsizing from its former headquarters, which had a floor space of 18,581sq m. The new office features 200 car-parking spaces, 200 bicycle spaces, and facilities such as lockers and showers. The building is located near Dublin Airport and is home to several leading companies.
