Hertz Announces Departure of Chief Human Resources Officer and Transition Plan

Eric Leef, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Hertz Global Holdings and The Hertz Corporation, has resigned and will leave his position on September 5, 2025. Christopher G. Berg, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, will oversee the HR function until a permanent successor is found.
