Hercules Metals Engages GDT Strategic Communications for Investor Relations Services

Hercules Metals Corp. has engaged GDT Strategic Communications to provide investor relations and advisory services. The initial term of the engagement is for 12 months, and the Company will pay a monthly fee of $10,000 and grant 200,000 options exercisable for 5 years with an exercise price of CAD$0.68. The engagement is subject to compliance with the TSX Venture Exchange policies.

Hercules Metals Corp. (TSXV: BIG, OTCQB: BADEF) has announced the engagement of GDT Strategic Communications Inc. to provide investor relations and advisory services. The 12-month agreement, effective from June 11, 2025, includes a monthly fee of $10,000 and the grant of 200,000 stock options exercisable over a period of 5 years at CAD$0.68. These options will vest in four equal tranches over 24 months. GDT Strategic, led by Greg DiTomaso, is a Toronto-based investor relations and financial communications firm with no existing interest in Hercules Metals or its securities. The engagement is subject to compliance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.

The engagement aims to enhance Hercules Metals' communication with the investment community as it continues to develop its porphyry copper district in Idaho.
