HDFC Bank Reduces MCLR Rates by 5 Basis Points for Certain Loan Tenures

HDFC Bank has reduced its Marginal Cost of Funds-based Lending Rates (MCLR) by 5 basis points (bps) on select loan tenures. The revised MCLR rates range from 8.25% to 8.60%, depending on the loan tenure. The bank has reduced the three-year MCLR by 5 bps to 8.50% from 8.55%. This change will benefit borrowers with loans linked to this tenure. The revised HDFC Bank MCLR rates will be applicable from February 7, 2026.
