Two Harbors Investment Corp Resolves Litigation and Announces Q3 Dividend

Two Harbors Investment Corp (TWO) has resolved a pending litigation with Pine River Capital Management by agreeing to a one-time payment of $375 million. The company estimates its book value at $12.73 per share as of August 15, 2025, and declared a third-quarter dividend of $0.34 per share. TWO signed a term sheet with a new subservicing client and increased its third-party subservicing business to $31 billion.
