Handelsbanken Cuts Mortgage Rates for 1-3 Year Fixed Terms

Handelsbanken has reduced its mortgage rates for fixed terms of 1-3 years. The bank's 1-year fixed term rate has been lowered by 0.25 percentage points to 3.44%, while the 2-year and 3-year fixed term rates have been reduced by 0.10 percentage points to 3.39% and 3.49%, respectively. The changes are effective from July 4 and are based on market interest rates and competitive landscape.
