Hammond Power Solutions to Acquire AEG Power Solutions, Expanding Portfolio and Market Reach.

Hammond Power Solutions (HPS) has signed a deal to acquire AEG Power Solutions, a global manufacturer of mission-critical industrial power electronics. The acquisition is expected to strengthen HPS's portfolio, market reach, and growth profile through product expansion, end-market expansion, geographic expansion, and customer base expansion. The transaction has an enterprise value of C$365 million and is expected to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share in the first full year following closing.
