Gulf Island Fabrication shareholders have approved the acquisition by IES Holdings. The merger is expected to be completed on January 16, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon completion, Gulf Island's common stock will no longer be publicly traded and will be delisted from Nasdaq.
