Guardant Health has priced an upsized public offering of 3.33 million shares of common stock at $90 per share, increasing the deal size from $250 million. The company also granted underwriters an option to purchase an additional 500,000 shares at the same price. The offering is expected to close on November 7, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
