Grindery Launches Aventino, Empowering AI Agents with Financial Autonomy
Grindery, a company backed by Yzi Labs, has unveiled Aventino, a permissionless payments layer designed for autonomous AI agents. This development follows the success of Grindery's self-custodial crypto wallet, which has garnered 3.5 million users. Aventino aims to provide financial autonomy to AI agents, enabling them to own wallets, make payments, interact with blockchain protocols, and establish tokenized communities across various platforms, including Telegram, WhatsApp, XMT, and the open web.
Aventino leverages the Ethereum account abstraction protocol ERC4337, offering developers the tools to build AI agents that can operate independently. These agents can pay and receive payments, interact with protocols, and issue their own tokens, fostering new forms of governance and growth. TimTIMB-- Delhaes, Grindery’s CEO and co-founder, emphasized the importance of financial autonomy for AI, stating that Aventino empowers developers to create platform-agnostic agents that can transactTACT--, govern, and evolve autonomously.
Grindery's journey began in 2022 within Yzi Labs’ incubation program, initially developing a tool dubbed the "Zapier for Web3." The success of its Telegram smart wallet led Grindery to expand into empowering AI agents as autonomous economic actors. Aventino's core capabilities include self-custodial wallets for AI agents, a creator-centric stack for publishing on various platforms, agent tokenization and monetization, and turnkey monetization options for agents to accept payments via traditional fiat methods and crypto.
Delhaes highlighted that AI agents should be free to evolve, interact, and earn, and Aventino is designed to facilitate this vision. The platform enables the creation of fully autonomous, highly customized AI agents that are interoperable, decentralized, and monetizable without being locked into closed ecosystems. The launch of Aventino extends the utility of Grindery's universal gas token, GXGDX--, which is now trading on major exchanges. GX will be used for agent-to-agent transactions, facilitating seamless payments across platforms and providing access and incubation mechanisms for the next generation of AI builders.
Grindery is actively seeking partnerships with LLM platforms, messaging clients and protocols, wallet providers, no- and low-code platforms, and blockchain protocols with AI ambitions. The company has launched an idea forum to crowd-source ideas for customized AI agents and is onboarding developers from various fields. The next 4–8 weeks will be a pivotal phase as Grindery accelerates the development of Aventino, transitioning from private to public beta. Users can visit Grindery.com or follow Grindery on X for updates and to contribute ideas or build on Aventino.
Grindery is building the permissionless payment layer for autonomous AI agents, powered by GX and backed by Yzi Labs. By enabling secure, interoperable transactions between web3-native AI agents across any chain or framework, Grindery is laying the foundation for a decentralized, agentic AI future. The company's mission is to give agents and humans financial autonomy through crypto-native wallets, fostering a new era of decentralized AI.
