Greenwave Appoints Chelsea Pullano as Chief Financial Officer

Greenwave Technology Solutions has appointed Chelsea Pullano as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective February 5, 2026. Pullano is a financial executive with experience in accounting, financial reporting, and strategic finance, and previously served as CFO of Creatd, Inc. and Director of Finance at Lucosky Brookman LLP. As CFO, Pullano will provide financial oversight and support to Greenwave, including review and certification of SEC filings and financial reporting coordination with auditors and legal counsel.
