GoldMining Names Paulo Pereira Country Manager, Brazil, Appoints New President.

GoldMining Inc. announces that Paulo Pereira has resigned as President to assume the role of Country Manager, Brazil. Alastair Still, CEO, will take on the additional role of President effective January 1, 2026. Pereira's resignation allows him to focus on the Company's projects in Brazil, including the São Jorge Project in Pará State. Still commented that Pereira has been an integral part of the GoldMining team since the early beginnings of Brazil Resources Inc. and has extensive knowledge of the Company's projects and Brazilian exploration.
