Godrej Properties, a leading national real estate developer, has acquired approximately 50 acres of land in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, to develop a premium plotted residential project. The project, expected to launch in 2026, will offer an estimated saleable area of around 9.5 lakh square feet. This acquisition marks Godrej Properties' entry into the city's real estate market and aligns with the company's strategic focus on plotted developments in Tier II cities [1].The newly acquired land parcel is strategically located near Old Dhamtari Road, one of Raipur's fastest-growing real estate corridors.
