Godrej Properties Acquires 30 Acres in Bengaluru for Rs 3,500 Crore Township Development

Godrej Properties has acquired a 30-acre land in Bengaluru to develop a township with an estimated revenue of Rs 3,500 crore. The company plans to develop a large-scale, premium residential community with a total development potential of 3 million sq ft area. The acquisition unlocks Rs 2,400 crore of additional revenue and 2 million sq ft of additional development potential.
