Globus Medical Director John DeFord Steps Down from Board

Globus Medical announced that John A. DeFord, PhD, a Director, has stepped down from the Board of Directors effective immediately. DeFord will not seek re-election at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 3, 2026. The company thanked DeFord for his contributions, especially during the merger with NuVasive and his service on the Nominating and Governance Committee.
