Gladstone Investment Prices $60mln 6.875% Notes due 2028

Gladstone Investment Corporation has priced a registered direct offering of $60 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Notes due 2028. The Notes will mature on November 1, 2028, and may be redeemed prior to August 1, 2028 at par plus a "make-whole" premium. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 6.875% per year, payable on May 1 and November 1 of each year.
