Getty Realty Corp. Raises $250M in Private Placement of Senior Unsecured Notes

Getty Realty Corp. closed a $250 million private placement of senior unsecured notes with a ten-year term and a fixed interest rate of 5.76%. The proceeds will be used to repay amounts outstanding under the company's $450 million revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes. The financing terming out revolver borrowings at an attractive rate and creating capacity for additional investment activity.
