Genius Group Strikes $14 Million Deal for AI-Powered Education City in Bali

Genius Group has signed a $14 million deal with Nuanu Creative City to build Genius City, a Bitcoin-powered education city in Bali. The initiative will integrate schools, camps, and accelerators for all ages, alongside cultural festivals, retreats, and workshops, and is built around the "ABCs of the future": AI, Bitcoin, and community. The partnership reflects a shared goal of using technology to enhance human connections.

Genius Group Limited (NYSE American: GNS) has signed a $14 million deal with Nuanu Creative City to build Genius City, a Bitcoin-powered education city in Bali. The initiative will integrate schools, camps, and accelerators for all ages, alongside cultural festivals, retreats, and workshops, and is built around the "ABCs of the future": AI, Bitcoin, and community. The partnership reflects a shared goal of using technology to enhance human connections.

The agreement, signed on September 2, 2025, includes two binding agreements. Genius Group will take a 51% ownership stake in both Nuanu's early learning, primary, and middle schools, and its co-working, corporate retreat, and entrepreneur community. The investment amounts to $7.1 million, with a combined valuation of $14 million. Genius Group anticipates annual revenue from these projects to exceed $20 million and annual profit to reach $6 million within four years.

Genius City aims to be the first Bitcoin-based, tokenized community in Asia. The city will operate as a lifelong learning community centered around schools, camps, and accelerators for early learning, primary, secondary, tertiary, and adult learning. It will feature full facilities for long and short-term residents and an annual calendar of festivals, summits, retreats, and workshops.

Nuanu Creative City, a 44-hectare creative city in Bali, is envisioned to become the creative epicenter of Southeast Asia. It features over 30 interconnected projects, including Aurora Park, Luna Beach Club, OSHOM hotel, and various statues and towers. Nuanu attracts over 4,000 visitors daily, fostering a community of changemakers, creators, and artists.

Genius Group's CEO, Roger James Hamilton, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, "We have been in discussions with the Nuanu and ProEd teams for the last year, and we are excited to taking the next step in launching our Genius City model in partnership with Nuanu."

Nuanu City's CEO, Lev Kroll, added, "Genius Group and Nuanu share the same vision of a future in which AI and technology does not replace humanity, but enhances it."

Genius Group will present the full plan for its Genius School and Genius City models at its upcoming Genius Future Summit, to be held on October 2-3, 2025, at Genius City, Bali.
