Genesis Energy has announced early results for its tender offer for $415.9mln of 7.75% senior notes due 2028. The expected initial settlement date is March 5, 2026. The tender offer will expire on March 18, 2026, unless extended or terminated early. Holders who tendered after the early deadline will receive the applicable "Tender Offer Consideration" per $1,000 principal amount of accepted notes.
