Genesco CFO Sandra Harris Exits, CEO Mimi Vaughn Takes Over Interim Role

Genesco's CFO Sandra Harris is leaving the company on March 6 to pursue other opportunities. Harris will assist in the transition to a new CFO and serve as a consultant and principal accounting officer. CEO Mimi Vaughn will take over as interim CFO, and the company has initiated a search for a new CFO. Harris joined Genesco in October 2024 and was previously CFO of Artisan Design Group.
