Generational Group has advised VARA 3D, Inc. in its sale to ZenaTech, Inc. VARA 3D specializes in commercial, residential, and solar energy projects, while ZenaTech is a technology company with AI drone, Drone as a Service, and Quantum Computing solutions. The acquisition closed on December 16, 2025, and the combined company plans to expand offerings to include drone-based solar panel inspection, maintenance, and washing.
