Torch Key Asset Management, a middle-market private equity firm, has launched with backing from GCM Grosvenor. Founded by Kimberly Reed, Jack Rosenberg, and Jennifer Kwon Chou, the firm will focus on control buyouts in the food and beverage and industrial sectors. GCM Grosvenor's Elevate Fund has provided TKAM with anchor capital and plans to offer strategic support. TKAM seeks to invest in companies at inflection points and work with management teams to drive sustainable growth.
