Galmed Pharmaceuticals reported a Q3 loss of $1.9mln, down from $1.91mln in Q3 2024. The company highlighted progress in its pipeline programs, including Aramchol Meglumine for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and fibrosis, and Amilo-5MER for chronic inflammatory diseases.
