FranklinCovey Promotes Holly Procter to President of Enterprise Division

FranklinCovey has promoted Holly Procter to President of its Enterprise Division, effective September 1, 2025. Procter succeeds Jennifer C. Colosimo, who will transition to a senior advisory role until December 2025. Procter brings extensive leadership experience from companies like LinkedIn and WeWork to FranklinCovey, and has led the Enterprise North America team since June 2024. She has orchestrated go-to-market planning and revenue cadences, built and launched sales enablement programs, deployed leading sales technology, international expansion, product launches, and hiring across all core revenue roles to build world-class revenue organizations that delight customers and drive shareholder growth.
