The sale of iconectiv to KED is expected to generate significant financial benefits for Ericsson. The cash benefit from the transaction, after accounting for anticipated taxes, transaction expenses, and other liabilities, is expected to be approximately SEK 9.9 billion (USD 1.0 billion) [1]. This sale will also result in a one-off EBIT benefit of approximately SEK 7.6 billion (USD 0.8 billion) in Ericsson's Q3 2025 financial results.
