Formula Systems Q3 revenue up 5% YoY to $355.9 million.

Formula Systems, a global IT group, announced its Q3 and nine-month results. The company's Q3 highlights include an agreement between Sapiens International Corporation and Advent for a $43.50 per share all-cash acquisition. Formula Systems will retain an approximately 18% ownership stake in Sapiens under the new structure. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
