Foresight Autonomous Holdings Raises $3M in Eye-Net Investment Round

Foresight Autonomous Holdings and its subsidiary, Eye-Net Mobile, have raised $3 million in an investment round with institutional investors. The investment was based on an Eye-Net pre-money valuation of $55 million and resulted in the direct purchase of approximately 5.17% of Eye-Net's ordinary shares. The investors received antidilution protections and Foresight agreed to issue warrants to purchase ADSs.
