Fidelity Bank's Director Richard Hotchkiss Retires After 5 Years of Service

Fidelity D & D Bancorp announces the retirement of Director Richard Hotchkiss, effective September 16, 2025. Hotchkiss was appointed to the board in 2020 and served as Chair of the Lehigh Valley Advisory Board and Chair of the Credit Administration Committee. He previously held leadership positions at MNB Corporation and Merchants Bank of Bangor. The bank's president and CEO, Daniel J.
