Federated Hermes Premier Municipal Income Fund has declared a tax-free dividend of $0.0450 per share, with a record date of January 23, 2026, ex-dividend date of January 23, 2026, and payable date of February 2, 2026. In anticipation of Lee Cunningham II's retirement on April 1, 2026, the fund will add two portfolio managers effective February 27, 2026, while R.J. Gallo will remain on the fund.
