The FCC has clarified that certain imported drones and critical components can continue entering the US market through 2026. The exceptions include drones and components from companies with ties to US government, defense, or enterprise drone programs, such as Parrot, Teledyne FLIR, and AeroVironment. Imported critical drone components from manufacturers like Nvidia and Panasonic are also exempt. The move carves out significant exceptions to the FCC's Covered List restrictions.
