Finder.com secured a court victory in its three-year legal dispute with Australia’s financial regulator, confirming that its yield-generating crypto product, Finder Earn, complies with consumer financial laws [1]. Meanwhile, BitcoinBTC-- mining firm BitMine ImmersionBMNR-- Technologies has aggressively acquired 566,776 Ether (ETH) valued at over $2.03 billion in 16 days, signaling growing institutional interest in EthereumETH--. BitMine’s CEO, Tom Lee, stated the firm is “well on our way to achieving our goal of acquiring and staking 5% of the overall ETH supply,” a move that could trigger a supply shock in the Ethereum market [2].

XRP experienced a 19% intraday decline, dropping to $2.95 from a multiyear high of $3.66, as cascading liquidations and thin liquidity amplified the broader crypto market’s 3% drop to $3.79 trillion in market capitalization. Analysts, however, characterized the correction as a “healthy pullback,” with double-digit price targets still in play [3]. Michael Novogratz, CEO of Galaxy DigitalGLXY--, echoed this sentiment, predicting that Ethereum’s limited supply could position it to outperform Bitcoin in the next six months. He noted Ether could “knock on $4,000” and enter a phase of price discovery if it surpasses that threshold [4].

The week’s market performance highlighted stark contrasts: Bitcoin closed at $117,962, Ether at $3,774, and XRPXRP-- at $3.20. Altcoin movements were mixed, with Conflux (CFX) and Ethena (ENA) leading gains, while Pump.fun (PUMP) and SonicSAH-- (S) saw significant losses. The total crypto market cap stood at $3.88 trillion [5].

Eric Trump’s analysis aligned with Novogratz’s view, suggesting Ether’s valuation should exceed $8,000 as global M2 liquidity hit $95.58 trillion. However, analysts caution that Ethereum’s near-term vulnerability remains, with Markus Thielen of 10x Research warning of “vulnerability in the near term” [6].
