EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. II Closes $460 Million IPO and Partially Exercises Over-Allotment Option

EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. II closed its initial public offering of 46 million units at $10 each, raising $460 million. The units began trading on NYSE under ticker symbol "EVACU." Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant, entitling the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.
