Equifax Survey: 57% of Gov't Social Services Workers Expect Efficiency Boost in 2025

Equifax has released its inaugural Equifax Social Services Outlook Index, surveying 500 government social service workers. The survey found that 57% of respondents believe data and technology will increase efficiency in the year ahead, expediting aid to eligible applicants. All respondents expect their work to be more efficient in the coming year, with 54% saying their workplace is currently very efficient.
