Entergy New Orleans partnered with YouthForce NOLA to empower students through a summer internship program, providing career-connected learning and introducing students to real-world work environments. Five interns from high schools in the Greater New Orleans area received a stipend, learned job readiness skills, and explored different business units within the company. The program exposed students to professions in the utility business, helped them understand how Entergy supports and connects with communities, and sharpened their communication skills.
