Empire Petroleum Corporation has announced the full subscription of its rights offering, which was fully subscribed and generated approximately $10.0 million in gross proceeds. The subscription period expired on March 18, 2026, and stockholders will receive their basic subscription privilege, with remaining shares allocated pro-rata among oversubscribing stockholders. The offering increased the size from $6.0 million to $10.0 million, with each whole share issued at $2.99.
