embecta Names Devdatt Kurdikar as Chairman of the Board and Claire Pomeroy as Lead Independent Director

Embecta Corp has elected Devdatt Kurdikar as Chairman of the Board and Dr. Claire Pomeroy as Lead Independent Director. Kurdikar joined the company in 2021 and previously led BD's diabetes care business. Dr. Pomeroy has been a member of the embecta Board of Directors since its inception in 2022 and will chair the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and serve on the Technology, Quality and Regulatory Committee.
